Yes! this is possible here i explain how use your Android as CCTV camera and watch it live from anywhere. First of all you need to download IP Webcam on your android make sure you have working internet plan or your phone is in WiFi zone. After install open IP Webcam app and goto bottom on your screen and click on Start Server than put your phone on any corner which you want see anytime anywhere. After it your camera is open and on the screen you see a IP Address(eg.http://192.168.1.32:8080) you should type this IP Address on any computer, laptops even android browser's address bar. Than you should click on Javascript to view what is happening on your phone location. Here many option to view you can try it yourself, or if you want any so help contact me. I will solved it.
